    DEADLINES


    March 31, 2009: to inform the organizers, if you intend to come;
    April 30, 2009: deadline for submission of papers;
    May 10, 2009: notification of acceptance (to be mailed out).


    ACCOMMODATION AND REGISTRATION FEES

    EURO 550/600 (Double/Single room) prior to May 16, 2009;
    EURO 600/650 (Double/Single room) after May 16, 2009;
    EURO 400 for students (Double room)
    EURO 350 for spouses.

    The registration fee includes accommodation in a hotel, full board, social events, workshop proceedings.
